	Reception staff at&nbsp here at Suffolk&39s social enterprise centre have been learning sign language to enable them to provide a better service for visitors with hearing impairment. The training, provided by one of the centres newest tenants Enable Support Services Ltd who offer a wide range of support to and for people who have a sensory loss, is seen as an important part of the development of the centre.

	People in Ipswich who are overweight or have obesity issues, have high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma and osteoporosis or suffer from depression or stress can now be prescribed dance classes by their GP as an aid to recovery.&nbsp The new 12 week &ldquoDance on Prescription&rdquo uses a series of free dance classes at DanceEast, and one to one sessions with Live Well Suffolk, to help people develop fitter, healthier and happier lifestyles. Dance classes on offer include Ballet Belly Dance Tap and Hip Hop.

	Thanks to a change in legislation the Ipswich and Suffolk Credit Union ISCU has now opened membership to social enterprises, small businesses charities and voluntary groups. This week they welcomed their first social enterprise member Phoenix Rising.&nbsp Based in Mellis, Phoenix Rising Community Interest Company works with people with learning disabilities to make the most of their choices.
