Meeting Rooms in Suffolk

Brightspace is an ideal venue for your meetings, workshops and training sessions with meeting rooms and break out facilities, situated just on the outskirts of Ipswich town centre close to public transport links and only a short distance from the A12 and A14.

There is good access into and through the centre and plenty of free parking is available for you and your visitors. There are also spaced reserves for those sharing cars.

Tea and coffee is available at times specified by you and there are a variety of catering options available. Simply call one of our dedicated, professional and friendly staff and they will discuss with you your requirements to ensure that your meeting room is set up exactly to your specifications and that your event is a success.

There are 4 meeting rooms of varying sizes available. These include a Board room and a Training room which are suitable for larger groups. Meeting rooms are fully furnished, have digital projectors, telephone and wireless internet access.

Refreshments and lunch are available on request. We use locally sourced food and can offer a wide range of menus.

At Brightspace we recognize the need for IT training facilities so we have 8 laptops available for use in a purpose built air conditioned room.  Accessible keyboards and mice are available if required.

Evening and Weekend Meeting Room Bookings

Brightspace meeting rooms are available to hire in the evening, subject to availability and we are happy to take bookings for the weekends, please contact us for further information.

Discounts

• Regular bookings of 4+ meetings will receive a 5% discount on the list price
• If you are a Suffolk ACRE Member you will receive a 10% discount
• Anyone who is a member of the Brightspace Social enterprise Network will also receive a 10% discount

Cancellation/postponement (reschedule) Policy

In the event that you have to cancel a booking the following percentage of fees will be payable:

• 0% for cancellations over 15 working days prior to meeting date
• 50% for cancellations less than 15 but more than 5 working days prior to meeting date
• 100% for cancellation less than 5 days prior to meeting date
